First Cluster Meeting

On a damp evening in Plymouth representatives from local Chapters gathered at Mount Edgecombe Masonic Hall for the first of six “Cluster Meetings” organised by our Most Excellent Grand Superintendent, EComp Christopher Roach.
It was an informal evening with a light buffet and a drink, kindly provided by the Province, and with the concept being that of open conversation.
The MEGS and his team talked with all present about their individual Chapters, their news and the ceremonies that were being planned. Also, whether Chapters may need support or assistance from the Provincial Grand Stewards Chapter?
EComp Roach also informed all present about the relaunch of the Provincial Website. The new site is much more vibrant and user friendly and an especially interesting new feature is that every Chapter has a “note-pad” where they can post news and events.

All in all, the evening was one of positive conversation, enthusiasm and encouragement. The Plymouth Chapters are starting to meet and to enjoy each other’s company once again and there are Installation meetings and Exaltation Ceremonies being planned.
All present left in good spirits having enjoyed an evening of likeminded conversation and friendship.
The next “Cluster Meeting” is being held in Exmouth on the 15th October.
