Holy Royal Arch Regalia

Welcome to the website for Royal Arch Freemasonry in Devon. We hope that you find the site interesting and that you ‘discover more’ about the Royal Arch, and how in fits into your masonic journey whether as a Royal Arch Companion, or as a Master Mason who may be thinking of joining a Royal Arch Chapter.  There are 50 Royal Arch Chapters located throughout the Province and approximately 1750 Royal Arch Companions. Each Chapter has something different to offer and across the County there is absolutely something for everyone.

So, what is the Royal Arch?
In simple terms, the Royal Arch is the final step in pure and antient Freemasonry under the United Grand Lodge of England and we hope that you will want to make it the next chapter in your masonic voyage of discovery.  The Royal Arch continues the Craft story and provides a new dimension to the masonic experience. It gives you a more complete understanding of what it means to be to be a Freemason in UGLE.   CLICK HERE to Discover More

The Royal Arch ceremony of Exaltation is a rich canvas where the candidate follows those clues in the Third Degree where the genuine secrets of a Master Mason were lost and rediscovers them in a spectacular and unforgettable ceremony. CLICK HERE for more information.

Companions

For those who are yet to experience the Companionship of Royal Arch masonry, the ceremony of Exaltation is one of the most beautiful and thought provoking in Freemasonry. It is a continuation of all that has been taught in the three Craft Degrees and provides you with the necessary tools to complete your journey of self-knowledge and of self-discovery. The Royal Arch looks beyond the practical aspects of man, giving new insight, new experiences, and a greater understanding of the masonic journey.
