Another successful Dinner at the Cottage Hotel , Hope Cove, Nr Salcombe on Saturday 25th November. The annual dinner has now been held for over 25 years at the same venue and has only ever been cancelled during the Covid lockdown period. This year the Chapter were pleased to welcome the New Deputy Grand Superintendent, E.Comp. Paul Hughes who joined the many regular attenders and Companions of Duncombe Chapter who have attended and supported this annual event each year. Those who stayed overnight on the informal Friday evening making a two day break, were able to enjoy a cold but beautiful sunrise before enjoying a day out in the area prior to the evening dinner attended by 35 Companions and their wives / partners. Duncombe Chapter 1486 meets at the Masonic Hall Kingsbridge four times a year on the 3rd Monday Jan, April, Sept & Nov with their Installation Convocation dining at the West Charlton village hall.
