At the Installation meeting of Brent Chapter No. 1284, Topsham the MEZ, E.Comp Tony Dudley-Clarke presented the Grand Superintendent, E.Comp Chris Roach with a cheque for £750 towards the Grand Superintendents Fund. The Chapter then donated £250 to Motor Neurone (Devon) and on hearing of this, E.Comp Roach matched the donation with an additional £250 from the GSF.
During the meeting three Grand Chapter Certificates were presented to new members Companions Colin Libby, Ed Hughes and John Creek which marked the last year as very successful.
The meeting as always is one of the first outings for the new Provincial team after the Annual Convocation and an impressive number attended to witness the ceremony. Topsham now claims one of the finest Masonic caterers in Devon and the Festive Board this was very evident on the night. A great time was had by all!
